Lindsay Braunig

Lindsay T. Braunig is a litigator in the firm's San Francisco office. She received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Davidson College in 1999, where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa. In 2005, she received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was elected Order of the Coif. Ms. Braunig clerked for the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson of the United States District Court for the Central District of California from 2005 to 2006.

Ms. Braunig joined the firm in March 2011. She specializes in representing corporate entities and individuals in state and local tax matters, both in administrative proceedings and judicial litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Her practice draws on years of complex civil litigation experience representing clients in intellectual property, securities and other commercial matters. Prior to joining Silverstein & Pomerantz LLP, Ms. Braunig was a civil litigation attorney with Morrison & Foerster LLP.

Ms. Braunig is a member of the bar of the State of California. She is admitted to practice before the California state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
